Our Commitment

Gaming Should Always Be Entertainment

At 999r, we believe that gambling is best enjoyed as a form of entertainment — not as a way to earn income or escape personal problems. Our platform is built for players in Bangladesh who approach betting and casino games with a healthy, responsible mindset. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help every player stay in control of their gaming activity.

Responsible gaming means setting clear limits before you start, sticking to a budget, and knowing when to take a break. It means gambling with money you can afford to lose, never chasing losses, and treating every session as a leisure activity. Whether you enjoy cricket betting, live casino games, slots, or crash games, the principles remain the same — play for fun, play within your means, and play responsibly.

Warning Signs

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. It is important to recognize the early warning signs so that you can take action before gambling becomes a serious issue. Ask yourself honestly:

  • Are you spending more money on gambling than you originally planned?
  • Are you chasing losses by betting more to recover previous losses?
  • Is gambling affecting your work, studies, family life, or relationships?
  • Do you feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not gambling?

If you answered yes to any of the above, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion or time-out tools, or to reach out to our support team immediately. Acting early makes a significant difference. At 999r, we take problem gambling seriously and we are here to help every player in Bangladesh who needs it.

To request a self-exclusion, deposit limit adjustment, or time-out on your 999r account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Our team in Bangladesh is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will process your request promptly and confidentially.

Remember: gambling should always be a choice, not a compulsion. You are in control, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Play safe. Play responsibly. 21+ only.

Common Questions

Responsible Gaming FAQs

How do I set a deposit limit on my 999r account?
To set a deposit limit, contact our support team at [email protected] or use the live chat feature. Specify whether you want a daily, weekly, or monthly limit and the amount in BDT. Our team will apply the limit to your account within 24 hours.
What is self-exclusion and how does it work?
Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool that blocks access to your account for a set period or permanently. You can request a temporary exclusion of 30, 90, or 180 days, or a permanent closure. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Contact our support team to activate this feature.
Can I take a short break without closing my account?
Yes. Our time-out feature lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it. During a time-out, all gaming activity is suspended. Your account and balance remain safe and will be fully reinstated once the time-out period ends.
Is there a minimum age requirement to play at 999r?
Yes. 999r is strictly for players aged 21 and above. All accounts are subject to age verification. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended and any funds will be held pending investigation. We take underage gambling extremely seriously.
How can I get help if gambling is becoming a problem?
If you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Our team is available 24/7 and can activate self-exclusion, deposit limits, or time-out on your account right away. We encourage you to seek help early — it is a sign of strength, not weakness.
